Course Objectives:
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
• Understand the physiology of labor and how comfort techniques support the process.
• Learn and practice hands-on comfort measures for each stage of labor.
• Explore movement, positioning, and partner-based techniques for pain management.
• Gain confidence in using breath-work, mindfulness, and relaxation strategies.
• Strengthen communication between birthing persons and their support teams.
