Before you are scheduled for a medical induction we will work on balancing the birthing persons body to help baby find optimal fetal positioning with the space available to them.
This balancing session is perfect for end-of-pregnancy, just prior to an induction, or at 41 weeks when you’re motivated to meet your baby.
Inspired by Body Ready Method tools and techniques, we will down-regulate the nervous system, balance the tissues around the pelvis, provide temporary, acute releases, through specific massage, adjustments, and hands on releases to minimize the need and amount of intervention(s) (aka adding force) in support of your body’s natural ability to find greater range of motion through labor and birth.

Learn how your daily living and movement patterns can impact your pregnant body and postpartum recovery. This 1:1 individualized body alignment, movement assessment and coaching program is designed for your unique pregnancy experience for prevention of common pregnancy discomfort, birth preparation, optimal fetal positioning, and so much more.
